Orders can be exchanged or returned at any time before delivery, and within 7 days after receipt.*
All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Items of proper quality can be returned or exchanged if their original appearance, factory tags, seals, labels and consumer properties are preserved. Used items cannot be returned.**
Items can be exchanged for another colour/size of the same price.

HOW TO PROCEED:

• Fill in the application form placed at the bottom of your parcel. All fields are required.
• Pack the item carefully using the branded box. The box itself must be wrapped in stretch film or a branded CDEK/Russian Post bag.
• Send the return parcel via CDEK at your own expense to the pickup point at:

• Contact us NO LATER THAN 7 days after receiving your order to provide

- your order tracking number
- your return parcel tracking number
- the reason for the exchange/return.

Processing takes 1–3 business days from
the moment we receive your return parcel. After the item’s condition is checked and the return is approved, the money will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
In case of an exchange, the new item will be sent at our expense to the address you provided when placing the order.

The refund time depends on your bank and may take up to 30 banking days. Please note that all return costs, including customs and other additional fees (for international shipments), are paid by the buyer according to the carriers’ rates and the customs fees of the country of residence.
